The entire platform was designed, structured, and deployed using vibe coding workflows, iterating rapidly from prompt to working product.
A full-featured office letter & file tracking system built for the State Medical Faculty of West Bengal. Manages incoming mail (R-XXXX diary numbers), dispatch records (D-XXXX format), chain-forwarding between departments with stage tracking, auto-fill subject linking, and finalization flags — all accessible via a front-end admin panel without touching the WordPress dashboard.
An institutional web platform built with a vibe coding approach — translating complex institutional requirements into a clean, user-friendly digital experience. I built QuestionPaperHub.com — a dedicated portal for Bengali-medium students and educators across West Bengal — offering free access to previous years' question papers, model sets, and exam resources. The site was carefully planned from day one with AdSense eligibility in mind.
Every page was crafted following Google's content quality guidelines — original, helpful, well-structured content that genuinely serves users. Within a short time of launch, the site earned full Google AdSense approval — a testament to clean code, solid on-page SEO, proper navigation, and authentic content value.
On-page SEO was implemented thoroughly: keyword-rich title tags, optimised meta descriptions, structured H1–H3 hierarchies, internal linking, fast page speed, mobile-first design, and semantic HTML throughout. Search engines can crawl, understand, and rank every page with ease.
Identified high-volume, low-competition Bengali student search terms — exam names, board names, subject combinations. Each page targets specific, intent-matched keywords that students actually search for on Google.
Every page has a unique, keyword-rich title tag (50–60 chars) and a compelling meta description (150–160 chars). Click-through rates are maximised by writing tags that match search intent and stand out in SERPs.
Semantic HTML with proper H1 → H2 → H3 hierarchy on every page. Content is grouped logically so both users and search engine crawlers understand the topic, sub-topics, and page purpose instantly.
Optimised images (WebP, lazy loading), minified CSS/JS, proper caching, and a clean mobile-first layout. Fast load times and high CWV scores are maintained, directly supporting both rankings and AdSense eligibility.
